The context
Political and societal developments in the Caucasus are often presented internationally without sufficient nuance. Media organisations needed direct access to regional expertise and a range of informed perspectives.
Our brief
We were asked to develop a concise digital format that would bring experts and international reporters together and create opportunities for substantive follow-up coverage.
Strategy and delivery
Altner & Nemirovski designed and organised the briefing, prepared the experts for media engagement and supported communication with journalists.
Outcome
Reporters from international media interviewed Gela Vasadze and David Eidelman, and the interviews were subsequently published. Other participants went on to receive regular requests for expert commentary from European media outlets.
