2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Namecheap, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA (www.namecheap.com). When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technical data required for its operation, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page or file requested, the referrer URL, browser type, operating system and access status. This processing is carried out to provide the website securely and without technical errors on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and efficient provision of our website. Server log data is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Namecheap is established in the United States, so the processing of personal data in the United States cannot be ruled out. For its hosted services, Namecheap provides a Data Processing Addendum incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Where personal data is transferred to a third country, these clauses provide an appropriate safeguard pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR.
3. Contact by email and contact form
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. The contact form requires your name, email address and message. Information concerning your organisation or company and your telephone number is optional.
The form data is transmitted to our web server and then forwarded via SMTP through the email infrastructure we use to the relevant mailbox. The data is not used for advertising or disclosed for any other purpose. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to steps taken prior to entering into a contract or to the performance of a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the appropriate handling of business and general enquiries.
The information is deleted once your enquiry has been fully resolved and no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate grounds require its continued storage. The confirmation beneath the form records that you have read this Privacy Policy; it does not constitute separate consent to advertising or tracking.
4. Recipients and processors
Where necessary to operate the website and handle enquiries, our hosting and email service providers may have access to personal data. We use services provided by Namecheap, Inc., including Namecheap Private Email, to host the website and deliver contact-form messages via SMTP. Namecheap processes data in accordance with the applicable agreements and data-protection law. The information above concerning possible transfers to a third country and the Standard Contractual Clauses applies accordingly.
5. Cookies, analytics and external content
This website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. No external analytics tools, social-media pixels, mapping services or video services are embedded. Cookies that are not technically necessary are not set.

Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
